The cleanest, quietest long-term RV park near Elgin and Austin. I stayed at Colinas for six months while working on a major project in the area. It is hands-down the cleanest, most peaceful long-term RV park around. The Wi-Fi and cell reception were rock-solid for my remote work, and having dependable 50-amp full hookups made dealing with the Texas heat a breeze. The gated entrance gives you great peace of mind, and the owners are hands-on and genuinely care about the property.

We pull a 40-foot fifth wheel, and navigating the entrance and setting up on our site was painless. The laundry lounge is always spotless, the community is friendly and quiet, and their monthly rates are the best value in the region. We couldn't be happier calling this our year-round home base.

Incredible Hospitality! I cannot praise this place enough! The owner goes above and beyond to make guests feel at ease. Flawless stay. Sweet rv park that was very shady and quiet. Although we didn't take advantage, since we stayed only 1 night, the amenities were plentiful and appealing. Our site was totally adequate and we would definately stay again at this diamond in the dust.

Great spot! Cheap rent, safe since it’s gated, and perfect location. I totally recommend it!
