A monthly RV quote is useful only when you know what it covers. Compare the same dates, site requirements and charges before choosing a longer stay. A monthly price is not automatically cheaper than every shorter option.

Request comparable written quotes

• Give each operator your exact arrival and departure dates and RV requirements.
• Ask how the billing period is defined and whether partial periods are charged separately.
• List rent, utilities, deposits and other applicable charges separately.
• Confirm whether the quoted price changes if you extend, shorten or reschedule the stay.

Evaluate offers rather than assuming them

Ask whether a current offer applies to your reservation and obtain its terms in writing. Do not assume off-peak discounts, prepaid concessions, free months, waived fees or a rate lock. Only count savings supported by an actual quote.

Keep reviews separate from price negotiations. Do not offer a positive review in exchange for a discount; ask the operator about current offers and obtain their terms in writing.

Check memberships before paying for one

Verify the program’s current fee, participating locations, eligible dates, exclusions and stay limits directly with the program and park. Confirm whether a benefit applies to monthly stays and whether it can be combined with another offer. Compare the membership cost with the savings on reservations you realistically expect to use; advertised percentages alone do not establish value.

Build a complete stay budget

Separate recurring costs from money due at arrival. Include your actual travel, fuel, insurance, groceries, connectivity and maintenance needs. If electricity is separately billed, ask how it is measured and priced. Do not assume metering is available or always cheaper. Keep a reserve appropriate to your RV rather than treating an arbitrary percentage as a guarantee.

Every monthly reservation requires a $75 deposit. To request its refund, send a written request within three days of departure, attach a photo of the site left clean and obtain management approval. Ask for the correct park email.

Written email cancellations at least 14 days before arrival qualify for a full rent refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. Rescheduling may be requested, not guaranteed. Once the stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departures and shortened stays.
