For Colinas, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the park. Cancellations made 14 or more days before scheduled arrival qualify for a full rent refund under the refund policy. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival do not qualify for a refund; guests may request to reschedule. No-shows forfeit rent paid.
Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable. Leaving early or shortening a stay does not qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment card, not by check. Confirm the written policy before reserving.
Public campgrounds and private monthly RV rentals may have different availability, facilities, and stay rules.
