A monthly RV rate is only one part of a work-assignment housing budget. Compare current quotes for your actual dates, the services you need, and the route to your job. Do not assume a previously advertised rate remains available or that every park includes the same utilities.

For Colinas RV Park, confirm the current rent and which utilities and services are included or billed separately. The previous $500 monthly figure and all-inclusive utility claims should not be treated as current pricing. Availability, application requirements, and approval must be confirmed by management.
A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. A deposit refund requires a written request within 3 days of departure, an attached photo showing the site left clean, and management approval. Confirm the correct park email before sending the request.
Use your actual workplace address and shift time to compare routes. Include fuel, vehicle use, and travel time. This article does not establish a fixed drive time to Austin, Taylor, Bastrop, or any employer. Confirm the job location rather than relying on a general company name or a regional project description.
Provide your RV length and power requirements and confirm the available site’s dimensions and connections. Ask about current internet coverage and charges, laundry arrangements, parking, gate access, quiet hours, and management contacts. An advertised amenity or provider name is not a guarantee that it meets your particular needs.
For Colinas, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the park. Cancellations made 14 or more days before scheduled arrival qualify for a full rent refund under the refund policy. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival do not qualify for a refund; guests may request to reschedule. No-shows forfeit rent paid.
Once the stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable. Leaving early or shortening a stay does not qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment card, not by check. Confirm the written policy, and ask other operators for their own terms when comparing alternatives.
Compare the full cost with your alternatives rather than assuming RV living always costs less than an apartment or hotel. Check the forecast for your dates and follow your RV manufacturer’s seasonal preparation instructions; winter weather and travel conditions are not guaranteed.
