Request current rent, taxes, utilities, deposits, payment fees and charges for extra occupants, pets, vehicles, trailers or storage. Confirm the billing period, minimum stay, renewal, extension and departure-notice terms. Older daily prices, winter packages, introductory terms and price guarantees are not current offers.
Review the current park information, then confirm which services apply to the available site. Ask specifically about internet coverage and limits, laundry access and charges, restrooms or showers, mail and package handling, propane, pet walking areas, visitor rules, quiet hours and support contacts. Do not assume cable TV, concrete pads, included services, high-speed connectivity, round-the-clock security or maintenance response guarantees. If connectivity is essential, test your equipment and plan a backup.
A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. A deposit refund requires a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the correct park email before sending a request.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the park. Cancellation 14 or more days before scheduled arrival qualifies for a full rent refund under the refund policy; cancellation less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. Guests may request rescheduling, but approval is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or a shortened stay. Refunds are issued to the original payment card, not by check; if that card is lost, cancelled or no longer active, the park cannot process the refund. Confirm separate platform charges and the terms applying to an existing reservation with management.
Map groceries, fuel, medical care, work and other recurring destinations from the park’s exact address. Confirm current opening hours and holiday closures. Check pet, visitor, equipment and parking rules before paying rather than assuming every animal or setup is accepted.
