Before reserving a longer stay at Colinas RV Park, put your dates, rig details and everyday needs in writing. The park is at 446 Las Lomas Drive in Elgin, Texas. This article’s former Winter 2025 promotion is not a current offer, and an old rate or availability claim should not be used to make travel plans.
Provide your intended arrival and departure dates, RV length, slide configuration and electrical requirements. Include occupants, pets, vehicles and any trailers or additional equipment. Ask management to confirm approval requirements, the assigned site’s fit, hookups, parking and arrival instructions before traveling.
Request current rent for your exact dates and ask which utilities are included or separately billed. Confirm taxes, extra-person or vehicle charges, the billing period, minimum stay and extension process. This article does not establish current availability, guaranteed savings, unlimited occupancy or that Colinas has better amenities than another park.
The owner’s standard policy requires a $75 deposit for every monthly reservation. A deposit refund requires a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the correct park email and complete terms before paying.
Under the owner’s standard rent policy, cancellation must be requested in writing by email. Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival qualifies for a rent refund; cancellation less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. Once a stay begins, lot rent is non-refundable for early departure or a shortened stay. Guests may request rescheduling, subject to approval. Confirm separate booking-platform charges and the terms of an existing reservation directly with the park.
Check the route to your actual workplace, appointments and errands at the times you expect to travel. Traffic, construction and your destination can change the journey. Discuss internet requirements, laundry access, quiet hours, visitors and gate procedures with the park rather than treating a general service description as a guarantee.
For a seasonal stay, check the forecast and your RV manufacturer’s preparation guidance. Plan for changing weather and utility use; Central Texas does not guarantee consistently mild winter conditions.
